About CTL
- Campus faculty development leadership (a network of 70 CTL Campus Leaders)
- Instructional development grants (typically more than $100,000 per year)
- Educational opportunities (conferences, workshops, and seminars)
- Networks for sharing best practices across disciplinary, institutional, and geographic boundaries
CTL also leverages the support of external sponsors like the Bush Foundation to share resources across the system.
The CTL team of faculty development professionals all have extensive experience in teaching in public higher education. Governance is provided by the CTL Steering Committee, composed of faculty and administrators from around the system.
This presentation from the 2004 American Association of Community Colleges 84th Annual Convention provides an overview of how CTL programs and services foster system integration: Concurrent Session Materials
