Expected Outcomes Common to all CTL Events
- Strengthen campus leadership for faculty and instructional development
- Support communication and networking among faculty throughout MnSCU system
- Foster statewide educational community throughout all levels of higher education
- Encourage educational partnerships across institutions and between institutions and the Office of the Chancellor
- Advance professional development of MnSCU faculty
- Coordinate and complement faculty development programming across system
- Coordinate reporting on faculty development activities and outcomes across system
In recent years, CTL has made several changes in our events, in an ongoing effort to be better stewards of constrained state resources -even as we contribute toward the system's strategic goal of excellence in teaching and learning. For example, we have increased the number of Weekend Seminars held throughout the state, to reach faculty where they are.
We look forward to seeing you at a workshop or seminar soon!
