Sharing the Experiences of Teaching Ethnic and Cross-Cultural Courses in the Classroom or On-line

Conference Goals:

  • Provide an opportunity for MnSCU faculty (who share the same teaching or research interest in ethnic and cross-cultural studies) to network with each other

  • Assist faculty to share teaching skills and distance education techniques

  • Begin to improve the academic and cultural diversity atmosphere and enhance interaction between, and support from, students, faculty and administration.

  • Increase collaboration between faculty in the areas of teaching, research and transferability of credits
