We are pleased to announce that Realizing Student Potential was a great success!

Over 1000 of our statewide faculty from 30 out of 32 institutions were present to hear Professor Stephen Brookfield's keynote speech, "Teaching in Academically Diverse Classrooms." Faculty also enjoyed attending 55 concurrent sessions, 52 discipline, special-interest group, and Ad Hoc meetings. The changes made to RSP 2004 had a positive impact on the substance, quality, and comfort of the event. RSP was successful in meetings its goals of offering faculty the opportunity to engage in conversation that supported, promoted, and celebrated teaching and learning excellence. We thank all who attended and who helped to make this conference a truly memorable event.

This conference was the biggest gathering of our faculty in the history of the System.
