    • In order to get a room in the block, you must refer to the group name "CTL Conference." You must use a credit card to reserve your room.
    • Once the hotel room blocks are released, the hotel will continue to accept reservations on a space and rate available basis only.

Travel & Parking

CTL does not cover travel expenses. Conference attendees must provide and pay for their own transportation. You are encouraged to apply for reimbursement using your campus-based professional development funds. You may want to check with your campus to see if a state car is available.

Parking is free at the MCTC parking ramp if you enter before 10:30 a.m. If you enter after 10:30 a.m. you will need to pay for parking.
Take the Skyway to the Conference Registration Table to receive your conference materials.

Important: MCTC staff recommends that you leave your coat in your vehicle and lock the door.
The MCTC parking lot has a seven foot clearance. If your vehicle is taller than seven feet, contact Elizabeth Fischer Email: elizabeth.fischer@minneapolis.edu or phone: (612) 659-6893.

Attention: People needing handicapped parking or who have mobility concerns.
The parking ramp elevator will not be working on February 27. You can access the campus if you park on the top, 3rd level in the ramp. The top level is the skyway level that leads to the campus. The campus elevators will be working as usual; only the parking ramp elevator will be out of order.
