Leaders' Annual Reports
CTL Campus Leaders submit annual reports on their campus faculty development programs. The reports not only serve the purpose of informing CTL of Leader accomplishments, but, because they are available on the CTL Campus Faculty Development Web site, they also provide fellow Campus Leaders systemwide with ideas and new possibilities. In addition, the reports can be used to inform, and report on support from, campus academic administrators.
Once Leader reports have been posted, the staff at CTL review each of them critically. In the interest of maintaining some standard points of reference, and to provide all Campus Leaders with thoughtful direction, annual reports are evaluated using a rubric that is linked to annual report guidelines. Both of these documents are made available to Leaders at the beginning of each academic year. Once reports have been evaluated, CTL staff offer feedback to leaders so that they can most effectively plan their next academic year’s faculty development goals and initiatives.
