These reports not only serve the purpose of informing CTL of Leader accomplishments, but, because they are available on the CTL Campus Faculty Development Web site, they also provide Leaders systemwide with ideas and new possibilities. In addition, the reports can be used to inform, and report on support from, campus academic administrators.
